REACTIVITY & HANDLER CLASSES

Taking the progress home.

Apollo’s go-home handler class.

Apollo is a powerful Cane Corso and one of the strongest, most reactive dogs I’ve worked with. After his Board & Train, I coach his family on recognizing the buildup toward a reaction and guiding him before it escalates. This is where his training becomes their everyday handling practice.

APOLLO · BEFORE & AFTER

The work behind the progress.

FULFILLMENT

Structure, play, sniffing, and healthy outlets help meet your dog’s basic needs.

FULFILLMENT

Sometimes the answer isn’t another command.

More treats, more commands, or more corrections don’t always solve the problem. Sometimes I need to step back and ask what the dog is missing from the relationship.

Dogs need room to play, sniff, explore, rest, and use their brain. Those outlets are part of the training plan—not something separate from it.

CLARITY

Clear communication and boundaries, built through practice and repetition.

CLARITY / CLIENT EDUCATION

Two handling skills. One clearer conversation.

In this lesson, I go over two practical skills: helping your dog follow through on a command and interrupting an unwanted behavior when you need to.

The important part is making the expectation clear. I work on the timing and follow-through with owners so the communication makes sense to the dog.

MENTOR DOGS

Guided social learning with experienced, fair communicators.

MENTOR DOGS / TRUST

A first friend, with guidance.

This is Mischa meeting Sarge for the first time. For a nervous or reactive dog, a calm introduction can be an important step toward feeling more comfortable around another dog.

I stay involved and guide the interaction so Mischa has time to read Sarge’s signals, make good choices, and build confidence.

MOLLY · BEFORE & AFTER

Molly’s 20-day transformation.

Building confidence through training.

Follow Molly’s progress with fear and leash reactivity over 20 days of training. This is a look at her individual training journey and the changes along the way.
